The Binance hack
On October 29, 2026, about $6.3 billion left Binance hot wallets across several chains, most of it in roughly twenty minutes. The FBI attributed the theft to North Korea. It is the largest crypto heist on record, several times the 2025 Bybit case. Binance said users will not cover the loss: company money is replacing the tokens, most of them are already back, and billions have been frozen.
Big players watch CZ at a moment like this. While the dust settles, a trade goes through with no fee. The venue list is at the bottom, on the icon.
I thank every exchange for removing fees. When the major venues make trading free at the same time, it is easier for people to stay in the market instead of exiting in a panic. This will do a lot for a favorable climate.
